Why is there so much focus on an NCM t/o of AZY?
NCM can get up to 75% of their JV at a much lower cost - capital is king.
Further proof that it is unlikely is that NCM made no t/o offer for Greatlands at a time when Havieron was running hot.
True NCM have just under 10% of AZY but I believe the objective is to protect their interests rather than form the base of a t/o offer and therefore a very sensible precaution.
