re: increasing the Director Fees Pool
~ Unless they are actually increasing the number of directors, maintaining just the 4 then the current pool is adequate?
~ they have already indicated that director fees will be increased for 2022 as previous post from $80,000 per annum to $104,500 per annum, confirming that it is also related to pay increases
~ the current pool is $600,000, 4 directors x $104,500 (that is inclusive of statutory superannuation) plus circa $18k for sub committee membership, brings a total of circa $500k in the pool.
~ if they increase the amount of directors then the current pool will not suffice~ the director fee rises for 2022 equates to a circa 30% salary increase
