Keeping it simple and short, Hulapai tribe has no right, repeating absolutely no right on land owned by BLM. Also Hulapai tribe will get absolutely nothing, repeating again..... absolutely nothing if they opt for court proceedings against AZL. This is what they actually accepted as pointed out by @Magic2000 Dont make us fool, infact all your efforts are in vain for the last many months and will remain in vain.
