There was discussion at the time that Streeters stock coming out because of the court case loss effectively put WSA in play. Are we about to find out that that stock has been snapped up/optioned to either BHP or First. (Note he has appealed but as I understand it the stock isnt embargoed?)
If we get an offer it will be $6.50/$7 first pass. Unlikely that will get thru unless BHP scares everybody else off.
