Do you want them to take on more debt to buy out the options ?
The company has debt now
The company needs cash now for the next wells... (pressure to have funds would be high due to rising input costs, pre-purchase of steel casings etc)
The Options are ITM and underwritten anyhow ..
IMO Get the funding from options and have a long-term focus on SP. + Don't worry about HC posts
