    Hi all ,

    Just got home and saw video.Haven't read all your posts.

    So I don't know if someone has mention this.

    Marine Law is that over taking boat must keep clear.

    Going by video this was not the case, so I believe Green Pease will be at fault for collision.

    Just mention on TV boat not sunk, but badly damage.
