Many misread the ann by a mile, its only 1.25m tin equivalent to 27.5m bottle!!! (not Tin), its the bottle where you feed the babies with.
1 tin makes 22 bottles serve, which sounds right. The BIden tweet's also said bottles, not tins.
So its just 1.25m tin, with 500k ready to export now.
