Yes, that is called a placing pump, huge amounts of pumping allowing placees a wonderful profitable margin to dump it all into! The big boys make the $$$ and the pi's ramped in in the .3's have either sold at eye watering losses or feel they need to hold through a 2/3 chance of failure to recoup their money.
As I said, it stinks, market showing 0 confidence an dumpers continuing to fill up the ask to remove their free money.
Ultimately it will come down to if it hits, 1 in 3 chance......red or black offers better odds haha, although not the upside admittedly.
