Yes, it's a duster. Even though it's nowhere near target depth, the selling indicates it's a duster (lol).
Western Gas sure hopes it isn't a duster because nothing will happen with Equus without a discovery at SASANOF.
Equus is simply too small and dispersed to be developed. Failure to make a discovery at SASANOF will also mean they will need to stump up $100m in liabilities to plug the Hess Equus wells.
