    NO, not even close. You need to seriously work on your math..

    The only value AUZ have at Sunrise is the land holding.
    This would allow Sunrise's plant and infrastructure to to be in a better location to allow a more refined mine plan of their resource plus the AUZ scraps that are across the road and on another two landholders.
