The US regulators should be wary of letting this happen again. Abbott's name will be tarnished for a long time. Regulators will be ensuring there is excess supply to the market, and no lack of competition from now on IMO. They have realized there is a major flaw in their system, and will not care about protectionism IMO. All the same I expect Bubs will sell at the higher end of the markets price range, and not replace Abbott.
