As an outsider looking in, this is a great opportunity for brand awareness for BUB. Hopefully, it will lead to more deals.
Keep in mind the factory involved in the problem is expected to come back on line in a couple of weeks. Abbott is a huge company and doesn't only have factories in the USA, so it's quite likely that their factories overseas will re-direct stock to the USA. For example, in Australia we have Pediasure and Ensure, both Abbott but one received from their Netherlands factory the other from their Denmark factory. I wouldn't be surprised to see increased pressure on our own supplies because of the problem in the USA. Abbott are a huge player in this space.
