re: better time to buy..joke! This stock has only speculative leases which they have been unloading one by one lately . They have one broken down oil well and a 1 bcf gas well . Cant do pipelines as red tape in central europe is unbelieveable ! Directors have been locked in a legal fight with olde directors , fighting over a "dog" in the main street?
