Why would they do a credit raise before confirming the resource size?
Officially - the resource is only assumed and hence presents large risk. Confirming the resource officially will derisk the project and *should* result in a SP increase.
THEN you do the CR when your shares are worth more so you get the cash you want with less dilution.
