Well dont they have reason to be skeptical of the managements decisions... i mean it was 'the management's' decisions that got them into this mess in the first place.
We wouldn't be at 99c if we didn't have downgrade after downgrade, insider trading and management not properly preparing for an IPO on a national stock exchange..
