Thought I would contribute my thoughts on STI in the coming 6 months. Lot of irons in the fire for STI, the big kicker is sales.
What we have been told:
1. STI have restructured to be a leaner organisation to minimise overhead costs.
2. STI have a list of patented products with differing levels of approvals across multiple continents. These products appear to have great potential in the future. Immunoxel - Immune system enhancer, High Density Aerosol Technology - drug delivery platform achieving desired treatment outcomes with less active ingredients and R-Salbutamol - Animal Growth and the holy grail human weight loss + others.
3. Pharmacutical plant Aquisition in Canada, waiting final court approval. This is at a bargain basement price and comes with forward contracts. Provides STI with the capability to produce and distribute their range of products.
4. Agreements formed with Cipla Limited to provide OTC and generic perscrition drugs to support the launch of Stirling Pharma in March 2010.
5. Bob Pritchard Marketing specialist appointed - This guy specialises in promoting products and organisations with a heavy focus on sales. Execellent track record.
6. Targeting Annualised Revenue of $36M for 2010, minimum target.
Way Forward
a. Sales in North America and INaturals launch should be soon. This should give the SP a kick into the 2 to 3 cent range.
b. Plant aquisition in Canada Court approval should be sooner rather than later, not expecting this to make a big impact to the SP but who knows.
c. Bob Pritchard was to start on 01/01/10. Expect this guy to generate a lot of interest in STI's products. February should be a busy month getting ready for the Stirling Pharma Launch in March. Expect road shows and announcements. The interest generated (Bob Pritchards bread and butter)in Febrauary and March should kick the SP into the 3 to 4 cent range easily IMO.
d. Second and third quarters should start to see some significant sales. I could easily see STI well over 10 cents by August 2010.
e. Peter Boonen does have history, but a lot of people fail before they finally succeed. Peter appears to be carefully moving forward and certaintly setting STI up for every chance to be a company of substance.
Good luck to all STI holders.
