Well that went exactly as presumed. 56% of shareholders voted in favour of demerger. With the way PPK is held I guess us little guys had very little say. Oh well. We’re all lucky holders of unlisted shares in a mining services company now.
it would be nice if they set up a facility to buy the shares back at a small premium but I guess that would be asking too much.
