reffering to your previous point BRR, one thing that needs to be fully answered, before we ever get to vote on whether this deal is approved by shareholders or not, is another technology update, because if I am right the 3GL is either certified or just about to be and I would assume the MAUL is in a similar boat?

We have not heard one damm thing now for what is it? just about three months or more, we haven't heard anything about the MAUL and how it went at the Chiefs of Police convention, not one bloody word! it too must be almost ready for sale, so if you want my vote Lee, well I want to see the goods first, I want some answers, if I am about to be screwed as some seem to think we may be? then I at least want to know that the company gave us it's best shot and wasn't actually helping GEM to get their shares cheaper, I do also note that one of GEM's functions is that it also acts for management buyouts? and after the AFHL fiasco well? it just makes me feel a little uneasy, because they either knew about who and what they were on about beforehand and were complicit, or their due diligence is worth absolutely bugger all, zilch, not sure which it is yet?
