I mean that E&P were expected to put out a recommendation from their IC to advisers re: what to say to clients that held CPUs and ordinaries. Just trying to see if this recommendation was issued and if anyone has seen a copy. Obviously if it wasn't issued it won't be now given the deal is dead.
