AVZ's response "AVZ retains law firm DLA Piper and in a May 4 announcement, it rejected claims that its legal ownership of a 15 per cent interest in Manono had been annulled. The company said it considered the claims and believed them to be “spurious in nature, without merit, contain fundamental and material errors, and have no substance or foundation in fact or law”."

So much manipulation. I think it is just a matter of the 15% but the short sellers are trying to blow it out of proportion so that they can make cash on it.
