I had a position with a target of $44.00 on BHP which I have now closed. I have now taken a short position in the stock. The stock has on the daily and weekly chart triggered most of my sell indicators.
Williams %R
RSI (18 period)
Stochastic (14 & 7 period)
and a few others are all in the overbought area.
The strike at Codelco's copper mine has finished which could be a trigger to halt the strong run of the price of copper.
Possible pull back in the oil price (hoping).
And in general a bit of profit taking.
May all see the price pull back to fill the gap left on the daily chart at $42.00 on the 23/12/09.
one thing for sure is the trend at the moment is up so trade carefully.
