Talking to a close friend this afternoon who offered a brilliant suggestion as to corporations being charged with 'Deliberate manipulation and interference with the value of a public company and its share value on the ASX for the financial gain of the company involved.
He suggested; A heavy fine and a jail sentence for those employed by the company involved, Then also a five year complete ban from trading on the ASX and possibly also world markets for the entire company involved in illegal activity'
Now wouldn't that have a few institutional CEO's fearful of their shareholders.
