They're building apartments now? When was that "strategy" announced? And which of the two or three CEOs is responsible?
I assume they've bunched up these contract awards to announce them in one go along with the Homeground sales process announcement, ahead of another capital raise. I'm genuinely curious to see how they explain this latest stage in the "turnaround story".
