glauconite, if as they state they are going to be play by the book, there fore leaving it to NOPTA as is the case for all O&G plays …. Why should Pep11 be any different…. I think that’s the thing with the Pep11 debacle if the decision was left to NOPTA and the decision disclosed the title wouldn’t be left hanging like this, it’s unprecedented what Scomo did to Pep11 and not even legal so I would say the new government would tread very lightly around it and go with due process and protocol as is the norm …. but as they say time will tell, I’d certainly be happy if they did as it was the reason I bought BPH that the decision would be a NOPTA decision as always and not a vote grabbing PM and politicians play to get a seat back in National Cabinet…… Stranger things have certainly happened infact a lot stranger things, especially now we have a self labeled “nice” PM lol
