One step forward Two steps backwards, page-3

I hold and was part of float , so I am under water as are many others . My choice not blaming anyone but hopefully my decision will bear fruit..

I believe in the company and its future - it is in the right space and thus far has performed well and delivered on their forecasts but they would not be on ASX if it were not for investors money . I am certain that if the escrow over hang was controlled in some way ( the directors know full well who is holding this stock ) , especially the larger parcels ( nearly 48m just come out of escrow this week ) ,the share price will start to move north and back up to par , where is should be .

Directors will always say they that they are not not bothered by the share price and to busy running the business than to worry about the price , maybe that's because most of them likely never paid a cent for their stock - they have a right to look after their investors and if they are aware of something that is negatively impacting on the share price , ultimately de valuing their company , then they should do everything they can to resolve the issue as quickly a possible . We have now been going for 6 months plus and share price has never exceeded 12 cents .

I applaud the companies recent success , especially the Priceline deal but the uplift in share price and liquidity ,was short lived and obviously an opportunity for more dumpers of cheap stock, to get their money back . Unless this stops, it is going to take years of announcements to get this anywhere near the float share price of 20 cents.

I hope company directors read these forums and take note of investor frustration - no point calling them , you can never get through to anyone and if you do you always get the same generic response not an action plan .
