Imo, it’s a good way to pick up cheaper shares for customers of the investment banks that put out these notes down ramping renewable energy stocks.
People tend to just go along with what the big firms say as they carry a lot of weight and influence with some.
Its not the first time and will not be the last.
One needs to consider, is this a long game or a short game, just starting or near the finish with a saturated market.
Nothing like creating some fear to get people to sell so you can pick up the loose shares, imo.
