Jay that was my understanding that it would be on the same terms generally as the placement. As I was informed however they would only be able to launch it after it goes ex div for admin reasons as its not eligible for the distribution so I expect an announcement after it goes ex div. the Div reinvest program gives you a 2.5% discount as I understand it so in fact its an interesting one but unless it gets as low as 41c it may not be an issue.
Its currently in my long term portion so I am a holder.I am not sure how much more is good for me to hold but I cannot find many that are as good a bet as this in AREITS.
