I am just pointing out:

price manipulation is illegal
trading 1 share to move the price materially on close is likely price manipulation
this low level activity is unlikely to be prosecuted.

I don't feel a duty to write anything here unless I see falsehoods (which I did), and to post my views and activity on particular stocks. And with that, I keep on topic, by saying that I think no matter how much the price is manipulated here I expect TMT to move up. The market depth is telling us there is strong but patient demand and so it's only a matter of time before urgency boils over given the schedule of news to come in a very short while. Another catalyst could be one uptick in the price of V and then we're off.

Last week I intended to move my personal TMT holding into super when it was in the 30s to capitalise on a favourable CGT situation, but the effort to do an off market transfer in my case was troublesome. I decided I would just buy on market in the fund and sell my personal holding the same way hoping to match the price. The buying part was easy, but the selling was so hard I ended up keeping them. Now I have double my holding. TMT is now my second largest holding overall..!
