Agreed with You as I mentioned before, CTP current drilling CBM93004 and next wells' drilling will target more on Coal and I'm sure they will end up using UCG/UCTL technology (Underground Coal Gasification / or Underground to Liquids (Fuels/Diesel)

...and this is where CTP will need Rohan Gillepsie expertise in this area. IMO it's all looking good for CTP and ROG.

Discussed with JH today.

Mainly what has been known + his opnion about other things.

Main points:

1. Results are good for CSG (hoever laboratory testing is required to form solid conclusion) . Overall results are encouraging.

2. For UCG or UCTL ( ROHAN's baby)the coal deposit would be enough for many decades !!!!! Well you do not have to be JH to estimate it. (they already drilled 2 holes + 4 to follow).

3. British Gas does not like UCG (not sure about UCTL) as this is normally a different permit requered from QLD Gov.(e.g. over same terrytory company can have right over GAS and another company over Coal ; therefore here is conflict) - at least that was the reasoning.

4. In JV partner agreement ( we have 3 parties) if 2 will vote for UCG or UCTL another have to follow.

5. RER (regal resources ) was discussed >>> UCTL technology!!! Looks like BG could be watching it as well (assumtion)

6.Agreed that to realise value to the shareholders they have to make decision about UCG or UCTL or SCG approach sooner rather then later. Rohan Galespie will be important here (as JV partner) and as experts in UCTL (thru RER)

7. Continue drilling and showing we have coal...


On another note i had discusion with LNC , they confirmed they have coal deposit enough for the next 50 years ; Whereas CTP has/will have enough for much more (a few hundred at least) ;

The diffrence they are using UCG and we are not yet (deciding so to speak!!!)

Hope they decide faster! .......
