it doesn't mention capping and appologies for suggesting it did. Argentina, Bolivia and Chile have been hinting at an OPEC style arrangement for over 6 months, this may be the start in my opinion. I'm heavy on this stock and like most would like some clarification.
I would like to think producers will push back.
