Hypothetically speaking, if the mines were already producing, the product supply would have already been factored in therefore BYD purchasing 6 producing mines (doubtful) should not change the prices.
More than likely this is fluff and they will require a lot of other sourced material until they can actually get to their production targets from these 6 low quality lepidolite mines (if ever)
