    . Is collaborating to create an Australian ‘precursor industry - what does this mean?

    - also in the Q&A, Joe mentions Govts needing to have sufficient “risk tolerance” (or similar) for smallish companies with new technologies. It does highlight COB is still relatively early stage with many risks (including technical) and obstacles to still overcome. It’s not a fair accompli home run - yet
