I feel like we have to wait to see where the highest point of rates will reach and what the market thinks of it then we should see how SWM is going with their repayments, Prime was good but needed to be taken over when RDD wanted it taken over and that was pre covid whilst we had reasonably low rates getting lower, now we are looking at a change in rate direction, any new loans or re assessments and negotiations will be using higher rates, I hope SWM can pay down dept reasonably quick and is profiting from the Prime takeover. I haven't any money in it as I have been just trading it lately. But has been hard making coin so got out and am staying out to we see a 40c SP.
