Fair call, but I see it as a guarantee of long term support from government and, unlike Australia, they want get money from foreign investors wanting to sell their natural resources. It has to be a win-win or no play. Fair enough. You and I will be making money from it too.
Whatever the arrangement, this can turn penny stocks into blue chip and it's way nicer than the real OPEC.
