Theorizing this alittle for fun, not that I want DUB to get taken over esp at this price. I would be intrigued with what would be acceptable, my guess is it need to be at the last cap raise.
On who potentially could take over,it would need to be a private entity, any of the current players would just cause existing customers to leave for a different solution.
