Its pretty clear what is going on. Goldman are running a scam. They put out a report saying that lithium prices will decline. It has the required effect, Lithium companies drop 20%ist after having fallen with the general market decline of last week. Maybe their clients had a lot of short positions and Goldman thought that they would help out, maybe they are buying on the dip that they have created. Whatever $1.35 looks like a good buying price to me.
