Share holders talk about the share price as that's where they see their personal value which has been adjust due to extra shares etc. Yes market cap gives a good indication on company value, but I'm not going to cash out just because I see the market cap go up, I will want to know the sp also. There is need to know both values evenly.
With Neu not likely needing any cap raise for the foreseeable future the sp should give a fine indication of the company's value and direction.
