I think what you describe did happen for the early months after the float however it appears that most of the early sellers are all but out and we now have a very different share register. I am sure there will be sellers moving forward as is the case in any company but I don’t believe the recent escrow share holders are the same people as the initial sellers and I don’t see any evidence that they want to sell out. I think the company is now trading with a normal free float of shares and developing an upward price trend in line with their going improving results.
Also, the general market has been horrific (especially the small cap space) so BIO has preformed very well compared to many others.
