It does read like a slow-roll by the EPA. What possible reason could there be in waiting when they already know they have questions to ask?

This holding has been beyond frustrating.

The promise of a quick reactivation of a mine in C&M at a solid IO price was a significant lure. A shame that ~1.5 years later nothing has moved, other than the SP falling.

Question is, will they miss the boat and arrive at production in time to lose money like VMS did with their cameo shipment? Talk about a missed opportunity, for us all and for the Taswegians.
