That’s just my hypothesis… anything I write would be speculation. But it’s not that hard to think potential reasons why the company would need more time considering a fully funded company and production ready in 3-4 months time. You would think there are many investors would have been waiting for the final funding release and other arrangements including but not limited to finalisation of BOAs, imho, DYOR
