Are director resignations good or bad for AGL?
Why do minority shareholders such as HESTA which presumably don't understand how to manage AGL on their own & Cannon Brooke's advisers want the board to resign and take all their expertise with them? Why have some directors decided they dont want to act as trainers for Cannon Brooke's? What about other shareholders ?
