Hmm, a reading and interpreting problem me thinks. I did not say that they will sign no documents just that the deal will not be announced to the public unless FIRB approval is given. If FIRB approval is not given then we will never know who it is, if FIRB approval is given then obviously they release the deal.

Oh and prior to getting aggressive in your responses you might want to try and make yourself look a tad more professional and use a spell checker....
