Bid is roughly around current NTA - $2.67 at the half year less the March distribution, and they've since booked a ~$30m write down to Valentine Avenue after the tenant didn't renew. Add in Pirie St refurb/vacancies and it's a slog to get back to the $3 days, probably happy to take the liquidity event now.
