They have got ~20% of the non-GOR shares out there participating, I don't personally see the motivation for a flood of late acceptances, but you might be right.
Prefer to keep Hemi in our pockets now, unless someone wants to pay full price. sub-$3 is too far under, 3 GOR shares will get it done, and be a fair price for the potential of Hemi, let alone the rest.
As we were saying in the other thread, it's fine if you held this for the last 3-4 years, as likely have the Directors that are recommending the deal, the tax benefits makes sense, but for recent holders, I can't prersonally see the benefit considering what Hemi could be.
nevertheless, DYOR etc. etc.
