1. First of all, LKE management has actually worked well for LKE shareholders, in less than 2 and a half years, under their management, LKE SP more than 100x-ed from bottom to high.
Compare this to Goldman Sachs, e.g., which company over more then 20 years, have failed to even 10x, from bottom to high.
Here is some of the remuneration that GS management received in USD:



I find LKE management remuneration fair and well deserved based on the shareholder value they created.

2. If you would like to vote about LKE management remuneration, you just need to buy LKE shares. Failing that, you have no right to vote.

3. I actually think that giving a motivation to LKE management via remuneration based on what LKE SP achieves, via options, is good for the shareholders.
Again, if you don't like it, you can buy LKE shares and vote differently.
LKE shareholders who actually bought LKE shares, voted the way they voted, and I fully agree with that.
