What are people's thoughts on CIP performance in an increasing interest rate environment? Obviously this will impact returns slightly but we've already seen around a 15% drop in SP since end of April.
For me, this represents a good opportunity to obtain a better yield when purchasing more shares but also aware that the NTA will naturally decrease in the coming months as increased rates should theoretically stabilise/decrease asset valuations
