I didn't read any of the details as I only bought into BHP on the last day prior to the offer closing.
I couldn't care less about the one share its more the principle and what that one share becomes in dollars over their entire share registry that bugs me.
Anyhow I'll move on as I'm quite happy with the deal overall as I rounded my holding off to 10,000 BHP shares by purchasing a further 4,864 shares @ $43.28 considering they are on the way back up again.
Also they pay a great dividend.
