Agreed, but
#2 will be difficult but is possible.
#1 is not possible, IMHO.
As long as lithium is a very valuable and in demand commodity and DRC is a corrupt country,
AVZ's value and shaer price will be volatile and uncertain.

Whatever happens with the current ownership dispute there's always going to be someone else
trying to grab a piece of the pie.
