Saw that yesterday as well.
If you see the latest annual report, Cinda held 209,800,010 shares as at 31 Dec 2021. So they must've offloaded the difference between then and now. Even if I missed an announcement regarding the offloaded amount, it won't matter IMO. Because it will be sold to third party now, at a price much higher than US$3.6, meaning they wont be interest in the US$3.6 offer.
