My belief is the current board are a dead duck waiting to be shot down and replaced with a more vibrant group who will respect the wishes of Shareholders moving forward.
A focus on better communication at all levels will drive this business forward because at present the company is being run in a very autocratic fashion........IMO
Unlike the current board the challengers have invested their own $$$$ into GLA and want to make things work.......
The choice is clear - Vibrancy vs Lethargy
